Payments & Ordering

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via a secure payment gateway, plus bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

Q: Can I pay by card if I’m in Pakistan?
Yes — you can complete your purchase online with your card safely at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is the estimated delivery timeframe for my order?
For customers within Pakistan: delivery typically takes 2‑5 working days, depending on your city.
(If you decide to offer international shipping later, typical timings might be around 7‑10 working days.)

Q: Are there any delivery fees?
Shipping within Pakistan is free for eligible orders (we’ll communicate any minimum order value if applicable). For other locations, delivery charges may apply.

Q: What if my shipment is delayed or not delivered on time?
If you haven’t received your parcel by the expected date, please contact our customer support team with your order number and we’ll help track it for you.

Exchange Policy

Q: Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges under the conditions described below.

Q: What are the conditions for an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • All original tags are still attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with any accompanying materials

  • It is a regular‑priced item (sale/discounted items may be treated differently—see below)

Q: How do I request an exchange?

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once the returned item meets the conditions, we’ll process your exchange for an item of equal value or issue a store credit (depending on availability).

Q: Are sale or discounted items eligible for exchange?
Sale or heavily discounted items may be final sale and not eligible for exchange—please check the product page or our policies for each item.

Sizing & Product Info

Q: How can I ensure I pick the correct size?
On each product page you’ll find a Size Chart that shows measurements (chest, length, sleeve, etc.). We recommend checking the chart and comparing with a garment you already own for best fit.
